Avandar Labs
About Avandar
Avandar is the all-in-one program management suite designed specifically for the social sector. Avandar is built to support mission-driven organizations tackling some of the world's most pressing issues, from public health crises to local community resilience. Avandar's platform enables organizations to integrate, analyze, manage, and report their data with tools designed for real-world social problems. Our platform fills a gap for the missing middle: organizations with too much data to manage their programs with spreadsheets, but too small to afford the expensive enterprise solutions built for the private sector. We offer a data management platform unlike any other, that is both affordable and powerful. We serve the organizations that Big Tech has overlooked. Why join us
As a volunteer Product Management Fellow, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape a product that directly impacts nonprofits, social enterprises, and the communities they serve. This is not just a chance to build your product management skills—you'll gain invaluable experience and mentorship while learning about the social sector, public health, and nonprofit operations. You'll work closely with our CEO/CTO, Pablo Sarmiento, and interact directly with mission-driven organizations to help solve their real-world problems. The team currently consists of two people, the CEO/CTO and our executive assistant handling company operations. As a pre-launch social startup, we are entirely bootstrapped and preparing for our platform's alpha launch. You will have tremendous say in the platform's direction and how best to serve nonprofits.
Avandar was founded on the belief that the social sector deserves better software than what currently exists for them. We are relentless in considering the needs of the social sector in every product we design and every line of code we write. Joining Avandar means being part of the movement to level the playing field for the social sector and give these life-saving organizations the tools they deserve.
